upbringing: raised in a heavily abusive household by paranoid schizophrenic substance abuser father and bi polar substance abuser mother, with golden child younger brother. Mother was sole provider was repeatedly hospitalized for drug abuse and unable to provide. Father was always unemployed, and had chronic rage fits that terrorized my brother and I. Father’s delusions shaped household my entire upbringing. Examples: were forced to do nuclear drills, and not allowed to eat beef because father believed mad cow would kill us. Currently No-Contact with all family.
