no they aren’t. I realized I was fictionkin whilst doing research on otherkin outside of tumblr because this was way before the kin community had a large and noticeable presence here. @fromfiction you’ve been fictionkin longer than me could you like. explain abt the origins of fictionkin
Fictionkin are certainly not ‘only on tumblr’. You could make a better argument that they started on Livejournal, and they didn’t start there either. Some of us have been in the kin community for ten years of more, such as me. Tumblr, in fact, mostly misses the point of actually being kin.
