P-shifting, also referred to as physical shifting, is a type of shift in which the individual changes physically in some way to resemble their kintype or theriotype. This can include teeth enlongating, eyes changing color, and transformations into fully fledged animals.
Physical shifting is impossible.
People or groups who claim to be able to change their biology are frequently scammers or would-be cultists, and it is best to avoid them and inform others to do the same.
