Any advice for people telling me I’m a fake system? If I have multiples, fictives and tulpas all in my head who are separate from me… that makes me a real system right? Or is that not how it works?

My advice for anyone being told they’re a ‘fake system’ is to ignore it. You and your headmates know if you’re real or not.

How early does that change in a system from Non-Trauma to Trauma have to happen? And is is it known yet, if a Fictive can be ‘Grafted’ to a Core as it’s host during said near death experience?
