Im always very hurt when people openly talk about how their kintype is only a kintype because they are connected to it, but dont identify as it. being an otherkin or therian is not a connection, it is an identity. I could say I have 30 kintypes if they were just things I felt connected to. They should call themselves something other than otherkin if they just feel connected to it.
