Hi, I sent an anon ask a few days ago about a soul bond, but I think tumblr ate it. I used to think I was kin with a character, until I accidentally made contact with him. I could see him, and perceive what he was thinking. He turned around and looked right where I “was”. Since then, I was thinking maybe this is the beginning of a soul bond? I can sense his emotions sometimes, and I’ve talked to him sparingly a couple times. I asked him if I was making it up, and he told me that since the (1/2)

(2/2) bond was tenuous that my mind was filling in gaps of what he was saying, but at least part of what I was hearing was real. I’m really new to this, I was wondering if you could shed some light on this for me? I guess I’m just confused, because from what I’ve heard about soul bonds, what i’m experiencing doesnt exactly fit.

That does sound like a soulbond to me. Some soulbonders report that they can ‘see’ their bonds in the room with them. And most soulbonders I know, including myself, sense their bonds emotions.
