Is there something of an overlap between spirit/god spousery and fictionkin with fictional spouses— ficspouses?
Is that a thing that has ever been discussed before?
I’ve known I’ve heard of instances of people saying they are married to fictional characters, but usually it’s either in jest or they are mocking people who say things like that. :/
There were the ‘Snapewives’ back in the day. A group of women online who seriously believed they were married astrally to Severus Snape.
I have a fictional spouse and I’m a god.

As for the Snapewives, that’s what I’m talking about. Personally, I’m in favor of people pursuing their interests if they want to marry a fictional character, astral or spiritually. I want to know if there is something written on it?
Felix is definitely the person to ask about articles and such(and @fromfiction I’d be interested in reading some too if you have any) but you can also ask me questions if you want.
I can take a look, but as far as I know the only real writing that was done about them was done by detractors and trolls.
