Have you ever been trying to read or watch or play something , only to be hit by a heavy wave of strange feelings? Something like kin, but tangental. A sort of familiarity, but not with the story, but the experience, the similarity . An event close enough to stuff that happened to you, hitting all the right buttons to make you shiver, looking at the page, those intense, buzzing feelings rolling through you. It feels like kin feelings, yet… Different.
It’s happened to me. It happened to me just today, trying to read something, only for my breaths to grow shallow, and my heart to pump that tingling, numb sensation through me as my emotions twist into a knot.Sometimes it makes you think. Like.. Before I even knew I was kin, the same sorts of stories and plots gave me similar feelings. Deep, intense, powerful feelings that gnawed at me. I didn’t know why. But now I have an idea why, and I’m still so very effected by it. I feel my cheeks flush. I almost feel drunk. It’s a powerful emotional reaction.
It’s strange, but… It’s quite he experience. Does anyone else feel similar?
