how is misgendering someone not transphobic??? using nounself pronouns doesnt necessarily have anything to do with being otherkin & refusing to use someones pronouns is transphobic lol

Nouns are not genders, therefore its not misgendering. That’s my stance. I’m happy to respect anyone’s actual personal pronouns, including he/she/they/xe.

Nonbinary is a real thing and I’m transmasculine genderqueer myself. 

However when people say ‘otherkin are making a mockery of transpeople’ this is what they mean. You can be a cat, you can be catkin, etc. But you can’t be ‘catgender’. Its just not a thing. Cats are not catgender either.

If you believe it IS a thing, that’s fair, we simply have a difference of opinion. People can disagree on one thing and agree on many others. Maybe some day someone will change my mind about this. I’m certainly open to discussion.

If anyone decides to unfollow me for this stance I understand, and you’re free to do so. I’d appreciate a message about it for the sake of my peace of mind, but I certainly can’t force that.
