Hmmm, anon, I’m sure this is possible, though it does sound a bit unique. I imagine that in your universe incarnations of the Doctor were independent enough beings to maintain a self outside of the totality of the Doctor. Either that, or during your regeneration there were some kind of unique circumstances which caused you to become independent- such as perhaps being the clone of Ten.
