Definitely meditation and self reflection. There comes a limit to what outside material can tell you about yourself. Its possible you aren’t even one of the characters from the game, but merely someone who existed in the same world. Look inside yourself, examine every facet of your relevant thoughts and memories, and try to look deeper than you have before.
