Is there a blog/place specifically for sharing kin memories and trying to find your canon? Like, where people can describe memories and maybe someone who’s come across the canon can point them in the right direction? Can I create one?

Absolutely. There are people who feel their limbs quite often, and not necessarily during a shift.
