Hi um! I appreciate your kin ≠ gender post, but the line about gender being “visible at all times” really rubs me wrong. For example: a stranger would probably assume I’m a cis girl. I’m agender; it’s not visible. The statement just feels really exclusive of people who can’t (or don’t want to) present in a manner that ‘matches’ their gender. Am I misinterpreting it?? Thank you.

Hello, sorry if this is a bother, but could you talk about or direct me to anyone talking about “copinglink”? I think I understand what it means, but am not sure I quite get it. I did a Google search and a Tumblr search, but came up with 2 posts, which were both angry sounding posts and didn’t actually mention what copinglink was, just that it exists. :( I’m all for new terms to describe things, esp because “kin” has been twisted so much lately by others.

Copinglink is a very new term. I’m pretty sure it’s meant to replace copingkin? @inexplicablehanyou can probably explain better than I can.
