The character that I identify as… Well, he isn’t the best person out there. He manipulates others and will sacrifice anyone for his goal. Plus, he’s severely hated by the fanbase and even by others outside of the fanbase. I’m worried if I should even identify as this character but I can’t help it…

In my mind, being kin is never a matter of should. either you are this person, or you aren’t. If you are, even denying it won’t help you. The best thing is to accept it and try to be a better person. Heavens know that I have sins in my past.

As for the fanbase, my advice is just to ignore them. Though I know the opinion of fans can be strong, it really has no effect on you in the end.
