id like to say that i feel like if someone is first starting to understand otherkin/fictionkin and is still trying to discover themselves, thinking/considering a new kin every week or so might not be a ‘fake’ thing! they could be confused. but then again youre right if its happening consistently.
Absolutely. There is a huge difference between considering that one may be kin, and simply deciding on the spot that you definitely are, and adding a character to a swiftly growing list of people you claim to be kin of.
