im feeling kinfeels towards an oc i made, but its not even tied to anything specific, nor does anyone really know about it. i feel such a strong identity yet i dont know if im valid or not…

If you have a kintype you don’t know about and you make an OC there’s a strong tendency/likelihood for that OC to at least have strong elements of your kinself built into them. I look back at a lot of the main characters I created in highschool and Im just like… yep…. makes sense. So even if this OC isn’t exactly your kintype, you’re likely on the right track.

Also your feelings are always valid. The word you’re looking for is ‘legitimate’ or ‘correct’.
