Hey, you might not want to recommend realmultipleadvice to people. That blog is anti otherkin/fictionkin and they don’t think soulbonds are real.
I am aware of @realmultipleadvice ‘s stance on those things, and I feel comfortable recommending them anyway, specifically because:
- a) if a question is about kin or soulbonding I would answer it in the first place and not refer someone to another blog
- b) the blog in question is one of the most levelheaded, knowledgeable and inclusive blogs active on the subject
- c) while the blog is not pro-kin/soulbonding they are also not anti-kin, and questions directed to them shouldn’t bring up any kind or argument.
For reference, here is realmultipleadvice’s stance:
We don’t think it’s possible to be a reincarnation of a fictional character or an animal, and as a coping method, we think it’s incredibly unhealthy. We also don’t think it’s possible to “literally” be a character or animal. And even if it were, it’s completely unrelated to being multiple. We only included this because the two communities are so closely intertwined these days. 🙂
That said, we welcome otherkin and fictionkin here. We aren’t going to attack you for your beliefs or even bring them up (unless you do first). But, if you’re having otherkin/fictionkin related problems, we’re not going to do anything that would play into those beliefs.
