what do you think are the chances of meeting someone from your canon again, even if you arent actively looking for them? a friend of mine reminds me of someone i loved in my canon so much and i cant shake this feeling that it really is him, but i dont know how likely that is.

It depends on what you believe. 

If we’re talking psychological kin, then the odds are sort of fudged because it all depends on how well your psychological image of the person you remember matches up with someone else’s.

If we’re talking spiritual kin, and  we’re going strictly by the numbers, and random probability,  using multiverse theory, then the odds are astronomically low that you would meet someone from your exact version of events. There’s almost no chance it would ever happen.

But if we’re talking spiritual kin, and we believe in some form of destiny/fate/purpose in our being kin and being on this earth, then the odds are probably pretty high that you would meet someone from your exact version of events.
