I’m pretty conflicted about something. How do you explain how there are kin of typically really ‘good’ characters who in this life are nothing like that, not even recognizable? My current thought is like, (vriska) vs vriska?

Yeah, pretty much that. Not only does every universe have a different version of a character, or may or may not be as ‘good’ as they are in canon, but every life changes a person. Being here on this earth can have a serious effect on someone’s personality.
