Hi! I’ve just got a quick question.. I kinda want to talk to my therapist about how I’m fictionkin/a therian but I don’t know how I should go about doing that.. I have (diagnosed) anxiety so it’s kinda hard for me.. Do you have any advice?

My biggest advice is just to be open and honest with your therapist. Don’t try to sugar coat it, or feed it to them in the way you think is most acceptable. If its a spiritual belief for you, tell your therapist that. If you believe its mentally based, tell them. Tell them when it started and how it effects (and doesn’t effect) your life. If you have a good therapist, they will be very understanding.
