Is there any difference between synpath and other-hearted/fiction-hearted? If so, could you explain it some? Thank you.

Synpath and fiction/other-hearted a pretty close, and could be considered synonyms. I believe that synpath is more like a concept of character resonates with you and you feel strongly about it, where as fiction/other-hearted is more taking it on as an identity (like copingkin for instance)
