Mentally ill person here: “insane” isn’t a NICE word, but I’m pretty sure only tumblr considers it a slur. But yyyyes, anon probably should try to avoid using it when referring to mentally ill people!
Yeah, that was my thought, too, anon. I wouldn’t consider it a slur face to face maybe (unless someone was yelling it in my face???), but on tumblr its bound to start fights. And I like to avoid that.
