Is it weird if there are series you like a hell of a lot more than the canon(s) you happen to be from? I feel like everyone is from their absolute favorite series and here I am just watching a bunch of junk and haven’t touched my own canon in months.

No, its not weird. I straight up can’t stand Digimon. I have never even finished it because it causes me so much pain, and refereed embarrassment.

It doesn’t get talked about on tumblr very often, but being kin is not about your favorite show or favorite characters. If someone is saying they are kin solely based on who they like, then they need to go back and re-examine if they are really kin of that person/thing or not.
