hey i’m sorry but you really can’t call yourself multiple if you don’t have OSDD-1 or DID, it’s really ableist and trivialises the suffering of people with OSDD-1 and DID.

That’s false. Non-disordered multiplicity 

a) exists, and has been recognized for some time

b) in no way trivializes the problems of disordered multiples.

That’s like saying that the existence of non-disordered singlets trivializes the existence of singlets with disorders.

Please educate yourself on non-disordered “healthy” multiplicity and come back.
