how on earth is a livejournal supposed to be an official source? you have no evidence to back up your claims. all of the links on the site have been discredited multiple times. people claiming to be multiple without having the additional symptoms of an unintegrated personality clearly have no understanding of what a system is. a system is a medical term for all dissociated parts of a person with DID or OSDD-1.

An unintegrated personality is exactly what healthy multiples have. There is no other qualification.

I am a member, the usual frontrunner, of a large non-disordered gateway system. Neither I, nor my headmates (who do not appreciate being termed alters) need validation of our existence from medical professionals, we simply are.

Healthy multiples are not interested in being diagnosed with anything, and have no desire to integrate. We function as a system of unique individuals sharing one body.

The headmates and fictives I share my body and headspace with exist as real, independant individuals, and are not a disorder to be treated.
