a lot of my childhood memories (from this life) tend to be in 3rd person, the only way I can remember them, but I have a couple others that might be kin memories, but are in 3rd person too. Do you think they could still be real memories?

Anon, I wouldn’t worry too much. A significant number of people experience memories, especially early memories, from a third person perspective. I’m one of these people. I’ll put together a larger post about the phenomenon, with some scholarly articles about it, later. Stay tuned ^^
