Any tips for examining signs that a certain character could be your Kin?

tips for identifying your kintype:

‘That’s me’ feeling, or strange feeling when you see them/read about them.

Homesickness for the world they come from.

Familiarity with their world and its rules even before learning much about it.

Image/species dysphoria that matches up with that character’s physical being. IE: feeling like you have wings if the character has wings. Seeing yourself with brown eyes if the character has brown eyes.

Feeling pains/wounds/scars the character has.

Experiencing memories or visions/thoughts from the character’s perspective.

Having unexplained fears or urges that match up with experiences the character has had. Ex: being afraid of water if the character drowned. Wanting to keep a garden if the character had a garden that was important to them.

Feeling of ‘missing’ abilities, like feeling like you should be able to do magic, and the character does magic the way you’ve always felt it should be done

There are of course other ways, but those are the main ones that come to mind..
